1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website risesitelab.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GrowthSite Lab provides website development and AI automation services for beauty businesses, including but not limited to landing page creation, multi-page websites, and ongoing website maintenance subscriptions.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Bank Transfer (Wise) — Primary Method
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, ETH)

3.3. Payment Schedule

• One-time projects: 100% upfront prior to project commencement
• Subscriptions: Monthly billing in advance

3.4. Late Payments

Payments not received within 14 days of the due date may result in service suspension.

4. Delivery Policy

• Website delivery timeline: 2–7 business days depending on project scope
• Delivery method: Link to live website + source code (if requested)
• Client provides all necessary content within 3 days of project start

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback within 3 business days
• Not use the delivered website for illegal purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The Client receives a license to use the final website. The underlying code, design system, and templates remain the intellectual property of GrowthSite Lab. The Client may not resell, redistribute, or use the codebase for other projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services. GrowthSite Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgium.

11. Work Commencement and Withdrawal Rights

11.1. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

11.2. Waiver of Withdrawal Right

By checking the confirmation box or providing written confirmation via email, you:

• Acknowledge that you have been informed of your right of withdrawal
• Explicitly waive your 14-day cooling-off period
• Agree that work will commence immediately after payment
• Understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once work has begun

11.3. No Waiver Provided

If you do not provide explicit confirmation, work will not begin for 14 days.
